Job Title : UI Engineer - India Qualification : Degree - Graduates/Postgraduate in CSE/IT or related fieldExperience : 2-6 Years of experience in UI TechnologiesExperience : 2-6 years of experience in working closely with the Business partners and Analysts to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.Technical Skills :- Highly flexible and adaptable and demonstrate passion for frontend UI development- Experience with any JavaScript/UI frameworks such as Angular, NgRx, RxJS, Angular Material, React, Redux, Material UI, Vue, Vuex, etc.- Sound knowledge in data visualization libraries like D3, C3, Chart.js, Echarts, Highcharts, etc. - Strong Exposure in CSS methodology like BEM, ITCSS with CSS preprocessors like SASS, Stylus or LESS- Hands on experience in unit testing libraries like Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, Chai, AVA, etc.- Develop and implement front-end architecture for web applications using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5Non-technical Skills :- Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills- Expertise in delivering high-quality, innovative application and thought leadership- Obsession with quality and customer experience by paying more attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly- Proven track record of developing large enterprise grade web application and delivering high quality products/releases on time- Self-Starter with the ability to remain flexible and learn new technologies quickly- Can do attitude and flexibility in taking on various assignments to make the company successful- Proven record of innovation and thought leadership- Ability to take convert raw requirements into good design while exploring technical feasibility trade-offs- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment- Develop simple solutions to address complex problems.- Work with our UI/UX team and designers to develop dynamic and customized solutions for individual enterprise customers.- Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX experts, and software engineers.- Assist back-end developers to implement their server-side code.- Team player with good logical thinking, EQ and resilienceRole & Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients and internal product teams to understand their expectations and requirements- Define the overall, multi-tier application architecture, select appropriate web technologies, frameworks, components, tools, design patterns and best practices to be used for new project engagements- Proactively identify architectural gaps and weaknesses, and recommend appropriate solutions for existing project engagements- Collaborate with, lead, coach, mentor and direct a team of UI engineers, user experience designers, and visual designers to deliver best of class user interfaces for web, mobile and tablets- Define and establish coding standards- Provide functional/non-functional, design, and code reviews- Identify and evolve common tools stack, design and develop reusable frameworks / components with an aim to standardize and accelerate user interface development across various user interface development projects- Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues- Research and implement new / emerging web technologies and frameworks to improve user experience and UI engineering productivity,
