Hands-on experience in ensuring the adherence to statutory requirements factory Lab analysis and Ensuring the mandatory regulatory testing from NABL Laboratory(FSSAI).2. Ensure the efficacy of analysis, R&R of Test results, Interlaboratory calibration, incoming RM and PKM sampling and analysis.3. Knowledge analysis of physical and chemical parameters as per Indian standards (like IS 1797: 1985, 548:1964), knowledge on Sensory analysis of Spice and spices products.4. Knowledge of Chemical/Solution preparation, Standardization, Calibration of lab equipment and glasswares., MSDS, maintain shelf life sample.5. Knowledge of the operation of lab instruments like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, and GPLS.6. Ensure and execute tests as per the Sampling plan, Test methodology (AOP/SOP), and Acceptability criteria (specification). Ensure results recording, documenting, and stakeholders communication.7. Basic knowledge of Microbiology examination (IS 5887:1999 and BAM). Process understanding of media preparation, sterilization, BOD, and incubators.8. Knowledge of Lab setup (installation), Lab equipment, food Lab Infrastructure requirement, and ISO Cleanroom standard.9. Ensure Online quality checks, Online process control, Packaging integrity, aesthetics, and batch coding compliance of the finished goods., etc, and Knowledge on training and ensuring GLP, GHK, and GMP.10. Customer feedback handling, Divisional/certification audits, RCA (Root cause analysis), and CAPA (Corrective and preventive action Report) preparation and adherence.11. Knowledge of implementation of food safety management systems, HACCP, ISO:2200/FSSC:2000 any related.
