Job Description

    • Communicating with HR teams of different organisations and tapping into their latest technical requirements.
    • Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates
    • Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates
    • Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
    • Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organisations
    • Handling existing clients and their current job openings
    • Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
    • Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key role that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions.
    • Business development through identification of new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements
    • Handing paperwork for candidates after selection
    • Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
    • Forecasting recruitment budgets
    • Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
