To Eliminate the Issues of the Jobber System in the Recruitment of Labour Including Contractual Hiring to Develop and Improve Labour Administration in Accordance to the Factory Policies. to Serve as a Liaison with the Central/state Labour Commissioner. to Look After Safety, Health and Welfare Programs like Housing, Recreation and Sanitation Services, as Provided Under the Law for the Time Being in Force Speedy Redressal and Appropriate Disposal of Workers Grievances in Consonance with Factory Management Interpret Company Policies Correctly and Make the Same Understood the Workers in the Language They Understand to Act as a Bridge/coordinator with the Factory Management to Design/implement Policies Appropriately and Encourage the Workers to Work with Productive Efficiency to Take Care of all the Required Compliance in Relation to Factory and Various Lab Our Laws.
