Job Description

  • Total 4-8 years of experience in Manual/Automated software testing.
  • Utilizing Microsoft ALM solution (MTM, Visual Studio, C#, TFS) develops an automation framework to enable testing of .NET n-tiered systems and applications by the organization.
  • Can create automation framework to test at multiple application layers including web, services and database.
  • Develop new methods and extend existing Microsoft ALM solution (MTM, Visual Studio, C#, TFS) framework for automated testing.
  • Works with Software Engineering team to identify opportunities for the use of automated tests, tools and test harnesses.
  • Contributes to the evolution of automated testing tools and framework.
  • Works with any industry standard Automation tool to automate functional TCs.
  • A minimum 3 years of Automation experience using script based automation tool such as Coded UI/Selenium/Appium with C# as scripting language
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ALM solution (MTM, Visual Studio, C#, TFS)
  • Experience coding Unit Tests/Integration Tests/System Tests/Regression Tests and test execution in an automation framework.
  • Participation in and conduct Code Reviews give valuable inputs for code improvement/optimization.
  • Develops automated scripts using C# to increase support efficiency
  • Understands Agile Methodologies
  • Analysis of business requirements
  • Very Good verbal and written communications skills, and able to communicate very technical subject matter to non-technical users
  • Experience in automated testing of healthcare software system.
  • Experience using Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Team Manager for Test Management, is preferred.
