Industry - Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research Category - Operations Skills - Head - Formulation & Development - Injectables - ChandigarhJob Type - Permanent Job Description - This is a team-leading role to steer the entire formulation and development of the organisation specifically in injectables for a publicly listed MNCClient Details :Our client is one of the pioneers in pharmaceutical development and research in India and has operations in multiple geographies in India and abroadDescription :- Responsible for leading the F&D initiatives in line with the companys objectives in the segment of injectables- Accountable for leading a team who will be involved in developing both immediate and modified release doses following QbD principles- Conduct and lead pre-formulation and formulation activities of in-house new developed products and line extensions- Responsible for reviewing and providing expertise in executing CMC validation processes that are related to the NDA / IND filing procedures- Working closely with CFT leaders in executing plans for newer products and entering newer markets- Utilizing external and internal resources to develop safe, cost efficient, scalable chemical processes and deliver well understood, well characterised, well documented and well controlled, fit for purpose formulations- Work closely with the ARD for in process research and development- Develop team members through mentorship, guidance and trainingProfile :- Masters in Pharmaceutics and Pharma Sciences- PhD and post doc qualification will be preferred- 10+ years (post doc) experience with proven experience in working on NDDS- Proven leadership role in their career for 3+ years managing teams- Specific proven experience in injectables, immediate and modified release doses and parenteralsJob Offer :A leadership opportunity to be part of managing the entire F&D for the injectables business.To apply online please click the Apply button below.
