Job Description

Role: Visa Filling Officer Responsibilities and Duties

  • Would be responsible for filing & processing of Student & Tourist Visas cases for Canada, Australia, NZ, USA, etc.
  • Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Tourist Visa and Study Visa solutions.
  • Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, while preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • Candidate should be able to prepare and file all the supporting documents required for obtaining study permits towards Canada, Australia, USA, NZ etc.
  • Learn companys CRM portal and use it efficiently for all routine activities.
  • Regularly update the status of all students into CRM.
  • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the Immigration Authorities/Institutes.
  • Must have 1 to 2years work experience in lodging Student & Visitor visas.
  • Getting financial & work experience documents verified.
  • To maintain the proper record keeping of all the students.
  • To make the effective and error-free reports.
  • Must aware about the current rules & regulations of Student & Tourist Visas for Canada, Australia, NZ, USA, etc.
  • Learn and follow all the prescribed procedures and processes of the Company and regularly meet all the work-related deadlines.
Desired Profile:
  • Should be a graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in Student / Tourist visa filing
  • Should have knowledge about, filling procedures and answering inquiries from customers and resolve issues.
  • Thorough knowledge of Online Visa Filling and admission process.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Effective and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer proficient.
