Oracle ERP Support Analyst

Job Description

*1. Purpose

• Day to-day techno functional support on Oracle ERP application (Cloud and EBS)
• Support the Oracle implementation project and ongoing enhancement request
• Create Oracle reports, concurrent programs, data extraction, data load, data reconcile etc.
• Provide troubleshooting support and user trainings to Oracle ERP application users
• Application administration on Emerson Corporate Oracle ERP instances

1. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide Techno-function support on Oracle application

The tasks include and not limit to:

• Techno functional support on Oracle Application Systems : problem solving, developing solutions, performance monitoring and improvement, change management, system management, on-call support
• Application support and administration : gathering requirements, development, installation, testing, configuration updates, deployments, and changes in multiple environments Stage and Production . ERP user access management and other application administrator tasks
• Understand business process and extended functions in system. Facilitate to know how to debug them by existing tools to find out the root cause and provide resolution
• Log and manage support request with Oracle Support, coordinate with DBA team and other technical support team to drive to closure incidents and problems .
• Support on data conversion, data extraction, integration, report development on Oracle ERP cloud and EBS.
• Support regression test on Oracle ERP application (Cloud and EBS)

2. Support Oracle implementation projects and enhancement request

• Provide strong technical knowledge/support for Oracle ERP cloud and EBS implementation projects
• Conduct the data collection , data conversion over the implementation
• Gather business requirement , tech design, coding, test support and production migration

5. Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related.
• Min. Two years working experience on Oracle applications development_
• Strong technical skills PL/SQL, XML, BI publisher, API, workflow builder , REST API, Web service call
• Functional knowledge on Oracle finance and procurement application
• Fluent in English.
• Other IT skill e.g. Java, Python, Unix, Selenium is a plus
