Greetings from Indegene !We are hiring for the role of Patient Care Counselor.Interested candidates may call/send in their updated resume for the rounds of discussion.Job details :Broad Area- 1: Responsible for End to End engagement for Win For Patients Counsel patients for improved health related outcomes at home visits, hospital OPDs and doctor visit through lifestyle management & exercises.Ensure execution of PSP in their respective territory as per NP4 approved process flow.Report adverse event/ market complaints as per the SOP.Meet patients in regular intervals during pre-infusion, during infusion (if necessary), post infusion, 3 months, 6 months & 11 months post infusion & any other home visit based on patients requirement and basis the laid-out touchpoints.Responsible to meet HCPs along with the clients TBE to introduce the PSP.Responsible for achieving set targets for patient enrolment and patient adherence to the therapy.Manage the compliance and adherence of patients enrolled.Review and take approvals for financial deviationsShould be able to empathize with Patients.Provide patient support by coordinating with pharmacists, stockists and direct to Patient stockistEnsure patient data entry in CRM tool with required details to be filled as per brand requirementHandle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQsBroad Area -2: Operational Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop relation with physicians at hospital in co-ordination with Takeda Sales teamCapture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions reported by patient in pre-defined templatesReceive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basisReporting accurate data to reporting manager on pre-defined timelines and in structured mannerAttending Review calls / Meets with client / internal Leads at regular intervalsShould have good oral and written communication in English and vernacular language as the location baseShould be flexible to adapt and travel on Adhoc work related requirements.Should be a self-starter and capable of working in teamCoordinate and Run review for work allocated with clients, internal teams as assignedExecute Small/Medium size Project Tasks and schedulesParticipate in People Practices - welcoming, communication, apply leaves for individualsReceive regular feedback from team members (from clients as well) and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basisCoordination with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlesslyBroad Area - 3: Training & Self DevelopmentParticipate in trainings and learn through hands-on experience on the job.Volunteer in training programmes to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.Broad Area - 4: Compliance to quality, confidentiality and security of data.
