Job Description

Position: Renewals Sales Representative Location: Chandigarh, India The Renewals Sales Representative will report to the Manager, Renewals Upsell . The Renewals Specialist will be responsible for driving customer renewals in APJ by qualifying and nurturing installed base in support of our rapidly growing business. Be a part of it!Responsibilities/What You ll Do

  • Manage all renewals in the assigned territory including:
  • Quotes, including Coterminous values
  • Multi-year Upsell
  • Product Cross-sells
  • Collaboration with CSM, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and Partners
  • Submit accurate and timely forecast through Salesforce.com
  • Review Reports to meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals for providing touchpoints for existing customers to ensure proactive engagements (120, 90, 60 and 30 days out)
  • Develop and nurture customers to become advocates on behalf of Zscaler
  • Using tools like Zscaler Service Reviews, ensure the customer recognizes the value of the service being provided
  • Demonstrate the fundamental understanding of Zscaler s technology and articulate the advantages of our solution against competitors.
  • Work with other Zscaler resources within the account including presales, support, professional services, product management to aid in the renewal and identification of new opportunities
  • Work within existing renewals database and collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to drive process and systems improvements and best practices
Qualifications/Your Background
  • Good understanding of security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written (Business English), coupled with excellent listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with confidence to overcome objections.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Good Business degree or equivalent
