Job Description

This position will be responsible for doing analysis, Problem solving and Support of Oracle Applications customizations and standard and technical functionalities, design and development for AutoSol Oracle Instance The position requires interaction with users and the Global teams to do technical analysis and problem solving in Oracle Applications Release 12 Skills & Experience Required:

• Overall 8+ years of experience in Java and related technologies including OOPS, Core Java, HTML, Java Script, J2EE, JUnit XML project implementations / Support
• Experience in Java (Core Java, JDBC, Caching, Servlet, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, Java Script)
• Strong Debugging skill in java , J2EE , Knowledge of Memory Management in Java / performance tuning in java
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Client/ Server and Web based Technologies
• Experience in SQL, PLSQL is desirable
• Apply technical expertise in the area of Java based Web Application, coding and implementation of interfaces between web application and Oracle DB
• Work with functional team and System Analyst to develop/change code as part of Support break fix and test proposed changes to existing functionality
• Experience with Web UI development as well as transaction based interface processing
• Responsible for conducting the necessary administrative activities needed to support the code change management program
• Exposure in Oracle E business Suite / ERP Systems preferred
• Responsible for code deployment across multiple environments along with the maintenance of code branches associated with a multi-phase, multi-country roll-out strategy
• Maintain a broad knowledge of business processes and serve as in-house consultant regarding technical architecture and software development necessary to solve complex business needs and objectives across multiple functional user groups
• Assist in research and feasibility studies of evolving technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
• Experience of full Systems Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of PVCS and Kintana will be a plus
• Self motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned
• Good Interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment as required
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
