I believe being a woman in this industry, one can contribute in creating a positive work environment and my one advice to all women considering a career in this industry is to join and.Garima Dhingra, SAP HR Functional ConsultantSee Diversity Initiatives >>Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Manager in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include: - Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients- Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns to determine the best OA solution- Leverage existing Accenture analytics assets to identify opportunities for workforce transformation including future of work and return to work strategies and impact on jobs, skills and capabilities (such as talent gaps, trends & forecast and designing future scenarios)- Own delivery and development of existing OA assets in the space, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement & enhancement, & work with internal cross-disciplinary teams (including data scientists & technology teams) to implement the same- Develop compelling, logically structured insights and outcomes to communicate workforce planning strategies to internal client account leads and client business leaders- Serve as subject matter expertise in the space, working with client account teams and clients to contextualize insights & findings aligned to client strategies- Manage, coach, and support a cross-disciplinary team to successfully solution, design, & deliver projects to clients- Supervise and lead a group of OA consultants and analysts to understand and support their continuous development and manage career aspirations- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs - Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth- Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community eventsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - MBAREQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS- 7 to 8 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools- Experience in workforce planning, with an understanding of skills mapping (demand vs. supply), competency framework design & development.- Exposure to Workforce Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies in last least 2-4 years- Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous- Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment- Good to have: Experience in designing workforce transformation strategies, reskilling journeys, or talent gap assessment- Good to have: Experience with leading consulting firms focusing on workforce transformation, talent management and development and/or strategic workforce planningLOCATION REQUIREMNTS - Gurgaon, Mumbai, or BangaloreYOUR WINNING QUALITIES:- Natural leader; easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues- Team Player; enjoys the intellectual stimulation of collaborating with colleagues around the world across disciplines- Determined; appreciates a challenge and overcoming obstacles to achieve results- Digitally savvy; continuous learnerOUR COMMITMENT TO YOU - You will enjoy:- A transparent career path designed for rapid career progression- A supportive culture that is serious about training, coaching and continuous learning- A global network where only state-of-the-art tools and technologies will do - A bighearted environment with opportunities to give back to our local communities,
