    Account Based Marketing Manager - Financial ServicesPosting Location : Location US-RemotePosting date 12 hours ago(8/11/2022 10:01 AM) About the job Red Hats Marketing team is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager for Financial Services to join us. In this role, you will foster deeper partnerships with strategic account customers that lead to a preference for Red Hat infrastructure, cloud, and middleware solutions. As a member of the North America Financial Services Vertical and Account Based Marketing (ABM) Field Marketing team, you will plan and carry out targeted marketing activities at the customer account level, providing insights for decision-maker engagement while maximizing the efficiency of the sales and marketing process. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. What you will do
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
    • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within these accounts
    • Collaborate with the global ABM Program team to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio go-to-market plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives
    • Manage and promote an editorial calendar of thought leadership content and new marketing assets that align to the customer journey, sales buying stages, and the go-to-market plan
    • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
    • Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program activities and integrated cloud thought leadership content consumption
    • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
    What you will bring
    • Experience building and carrying out account-based marketing programs; knowledge of TOPO, ITSMA, or SiriusDecisions ABM marketing framework or experience with vertical industry marketing is a plus
    • Experience developing account-based marketing programs
    • Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns and social selling strategies
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
    • A goal-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, detailed, persistent, active listener, and resourceful with good influencing skills
    • Clear understanding of cloud and emerging technologies with the capability to skillfully integrate into programs that deliver on sales and product objectives
    • Writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials including web, email, and social content
    • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
    • 3+ years of account-based marketing experience in high tech; vertical marketing experience is a plus
