Take end to end ownership of responsibilities with delivery.What will you be doing MOTIF database developer will be:1. Analysis and development of database work related to onboarding work2. Participate in various calls at times later in the day3. Agree/negotiate scope of change4. Work with QA teams to facilitate sign offs5. Join UAT calls6. Leads the team as required7. Provide tech leadership for some concurrent streams within MOTIF, analyse requirements provide innovative and correct solutions 8. Partner with the PCIT and IB Design Authority for tech related topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables.9. Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior members of the team.10. Participate in hiringWhat we re looking for:1. Able to analyze requirements, provide estimates, develop performant database code in time2. Negotiate with stakeholders about timelines and scope3. Able to represent code changes impact to technical team4.
