Industrialization & VPS Excellence - Engineering Development Standardization - Master Data & PLM ExecDescribe the DepartmentIndustrialization - Engineering Development - Standardization, Master Data & PLM Execution:Standardization & Master Data & PLM Execution is responsible for directing, defining and ensuring both short and long-term targets are being met across platforms, modules and systems to ensure the highest degree of standardized and modularized products.Master Data and PLM Execution is a sub-department within Standardization, Master Data & PLM Execution which is a heterogeneous team with various functions (Master Data, PLM Execution, Requirement Management andStandardized material creation), competency, expertise and diversity. There is a variety of options available to learn new things and to guide projects and improvement initiatives. The team always is a family.The team is also responsible for developing centralized functional, process and operational excellence to bring about continuous improvement across the value chain.ResponsibilitiesDirect and resolve PLM systems, compliance and request management related tickets/issuesTake the lead in improving down the number of tickets/issues together with core team & stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of business deliveryDefine and direct performance metrics and continuous improvementsPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of PLM systems related tickets/issues and Provide Corrective and Preventive actionsDevelop permanent solutions for business critical issues in collaboration with PLM/CAD development team and implement the solutionsPrepare guidelines for best practices to reduce compliance & process related issuesDevelop/propose stringent workflow to avoid human errorsDirect strategic initiatives and performance reporting/monitoringQualificationsB.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering5-8 years of relevant engineering experience. Good to have from the wind Energy but potentially from other Engineering industries (E.g.
