Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionallyPreparation and updating of Admin SOP, Policies and procedures Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionallyArrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as neededProduce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefsDelegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the teamLiaising with landlord on matters concerning building maintenance, facilities and utilities Coordinating the filing and update of business documentation held in hardcopy and electronicallyCoordinating submission of expense claims and recording of supplier invoices Managing office stationery and supplies Liaising with other service providers, including IT as requiredTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesAdaptability / DecisivenessInitiative/PerseveranceInterpersonal SkillsSpecific Qualifications (if required)Client Focus:Complete commitment to provide professional, intelligent and timely responses to our clients needs and to changes in the market.Communication:Oral: Expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations.
