Key Responsibilities:
Registering and maintaining sales orders in SAP (including e- orders), assuring proper sales prices/discounts with close cooperation with Sales Employees, coordinating deliveries, following up on delayed deliveries and blocked orders
Making sure that deliveries are invoiced in a proper and timely manner
Clarifying and registering complaints (price, quantity, delivery)
Creating and maintaining proper master data in SAP and Salesforce
Supporting colleagues in the team, providing professional back- ups, sharing information and know- how
Building and promoting positive customer service image
Professional Competencies:
3 - 5 years of strong Customer service expereince
Ideally good SAP/R3 skills as well as Salesforce
University degree logistics or engineering
Advanced knowledge of MS tools - Excel, Word, PPT
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Hindi any regional language ( Optional )
