Job Description

    • Responsible for the 24/7 support of Middleware and Devops services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by the business systems.
    • Initial triaging, and remediation if possible of all P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents.
    • Experience with DevOps tools Jenkins(CICD pipelines), maven, and nexus (or equivalent repository) with experience in Jenkins orchestration, configuration management and Docker/Container Platforms.
    • Understanding and experience in supporting applications in Public Cloud - AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP.
    • Agile Delivery - Understanding and experience of Agile principles and use of Jira
    • Responsible for calling out incidents.
    • Responsible for creating/updating Knowledgebase articles.
    • Responsible for availability monitoring and issue.
    • Responsible for mentoring the team members.
    • Being the Technical point of contact.
    • Responsible for POC of new products
