Job Title: AVP-PricingTransformation& Reporting Mgr Location: ChennaiAs a Pricing Transformation Manager you will own and optimise all aspects of existing pricing models across payment acceptance and commercial card issuing, as well as pioneering new and innovative approaches. This is a dynamic and fast paced team which works with high profile strategic clients. You will have direct exposure to the Data & Strategic Analytics leadership team as well as working with Product owners from across the business to deliver an industry leading decision making process in a controlled & governed way. You will be seen as the SME for your area, driving the approach direction and presenting your recommendations back to key forums of business stakeholders.You will be expected to apply a strong commercial lens on your work in addition to being able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and communicating effectively. This is a challenging and rewarding position for an individual with high growth aspirations opportunity to play a key part of the transformation of our Pricing process for the Corporate business areas.What will you be doing Provide technical expertise on .NET & Tableau acting as a technical lead for the Pricing transformation programme, leading a small team of developers & prioritising backlog delivery in line with business requirements Responsible for identifying & implementing major improvements to the existing pricing procedures & processes to enhance efficiency Understand in detail the various models in use across the Pricing Team, participating in support for existing implementation & contributing to system architecture Maintain strong domain knowledge to be able to translate high level solutions into high quality, well structured & performing .NET code Identifying & escalating issues & risks in a timely manner to help mitigate them with minimal impact Maintain a high quality set of documentation Awareness of different cultural backgrounds of users & team members Drive the formulation and implementation of pricing transformation, partnering with Head of Pricing Team to proactively identify new opportunities or process changes Drive the adoption of Lean & Agile techniquesWhat we re looking for:Advanced MS SQL and T-SQL skills are essential Excellent knowledge of .Net, .NET Core and C# is a key Tableau is a must Integration between Tableau, Hadoop and Dot Net technologies.
