Job Description

BPM PEGA Support - Lead Apply NowRequirements 10 - 11 years of experience Qualification B.E/B. Tech in Computers or any relevant Pre-Requisites

  • Certified in CSSA/CLSA
  • Supporting and administering Pega 7.3.x PEGA Framework and open standards (SOAP, REST or JMS) integrations
  • Install and configure Pega 7 components (PRPC, Agile Studio, AES, PMBC and RPA)
  • Configuration of Organizational Assets
  • Export and Import Rules and Cases
  • Perform performance analysis and tuning
  • Manage security authentication and authorization
  • Provide resolution on technical issues
  • Develop and maintain policies and standard operating procedures
  • Maintenance and patching
  • Continuous improvement of the platform
  • Debug Application and Infrastructure issues
  • Administration of WebSphere (WAS) instances
  • Maintain a highly scalable architecture that supports high volume of business transactions and meeting/exceeding performance expectations
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Integrations Services, Off Shore Development teams
  • Using Change Controls Lead and Support release events
