Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests over phone and email on a daily basis, inside sales.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding registration of GST, Trademark and Startup.
  • Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time
  • Complete tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of engagement
  • Complete all assigned tasks on-time
  • Provide regular updates to the client
  • Report to team leaders on job performance
  • Explore opportunities for up selling and cross-sales
  • Work punctually and diligently.
Job Requirement:
  • Any Degree is mandatory, (Bcom, BBA, BMS, MBA, Mcom are preferable)
  • Freshers are most welcome
  • Salary- 12,000to 16,000 p.m.(Apart from the salary you can get Incentives based on your performance)
  • Fluent inEnglish,
  • Candidate must be able to speak in HINDI
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Working Hours & Shifts: Day (9.00AM to 7.00PM), ,Monday - Saturday.
  • Training will be provided
  • No field work, it will be office based job.
