Number of Direct Reports:Directorship / Registration:Position PurposeCP2A Customer Profitability and Performance Management Application is an in-house developed application use by BNPP WM Finance for computing Client and RM performance indicators/KPI. The application was developed in technology stack: PL/SQL, Java and BOInfo. CP2A application consist of a Batch module (for business rule processing), UI module and reporting module.The Tech BA is a Techno Functional role and candidate will be part of the Project team to contribute to the Projects, Evolutions as well as L3 Support of CP2A. As a Tech BA, Candidate will need to perform impact analysis for the introduction of new business rules or an overhaul of the functional processing. Be able to document Detailed Functional Specification of business rule and data mapping for the new needs to the technical team and ensuring their technical solution is in-line.The critical part of the candidate is to be able to understand fully the existing business functionality of CP2A in order to effectively introduce the changes required. Candidate must be experience in performing detailed impact analysis, data and business rule analysis. Not afraid to read program source code to gain deeper understanding and insights of the business logic implemented in the system.ResponsibilitiesTECHNO BUSINESS ANALYST responsibility will be to:

• Gather requirements from the business product owners.
• Perform impact analysis for changes in Business rule or processing.
• Design functional solutions for new business requirement that is aligned with Architecture, Cybersecurity and Engineering and Conformity principle/guidelines.
• Provide DFS (detailed functional specification) from the business requirements (GFS) that will form the basis of the technical specification and development.
• Ensure alignment between DFS and technical specification written by technical teams.
• Ensure standards/process and processes per the Wealth management governance for projects are followed.
• Provide effort estimation on FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT.
• Support SIT/UAT in the capacity of BA.
• Participate to the full development lifecycle including requirement gathering design, estimation, planning, development, UAT, release and implementation support.
• Ensure commitments/milestones are met with good quality and within budget.

Functional & Behavioral Competencies

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience as Business Analyst working on financial institution preferably Wealth Managment related with IT knowledge.
• Functional domain knowledge and experience in Profitability and Performance management application, e.g. calculation of Net New Cash, AUM, Revenue, etc for Client, Relationship Manager and Management.
• Technical experience in PL/SQL and Java, Database deisgn, Batch processing
• Has the ability to understand, explain and support change.
• Client focused/Critical thinker and has ability to synthesize and simplify.
• Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution
• Ability to collaborate/teamwork
• Must have good organization skills

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Good understanding of Wealth Management Products (i.e. loans/deposits, etc).
• IT knowledge/background.
• Having a Finance / Accounting Background is a plus.
• Exposure to technology platform such as ORACLE DATABASE, Java, API, Kafka and BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (e.g. SAP BI4) is a plus.
