Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job Description

  1. Change Specialist (ITIL Expert)
  2. E2E Management of Process Life cycle including version control and process change management .
  3. Create, update, review and update the process of the project of all levels L4 to L7
  4. UAT & ORT Test Case Preparation, submission, review with Onshore / Project team and signoff
  5. Regular Requirement/ Improvement Plan Gathering & Review
  6. Business justification & alignment with GDC stakeholders
  7. Evaluating requirements with current scope & upcoming proposals
  8. Performing Process Assessment & Periodic Audit
  9. Document Management and version Control
  10. Closing critical defects & handover to operations
  11. Executing Dry- Run test & sharing the outcome with stakeholders
  12. Executing ORT along with Operations team
  13. Identify technical problems and develop solutions to support business objectives
  14. Identify opportunities for business process optimization
  15. Work closely with customer and regional teams for process maturity
Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 7 to 10 years of Experiance in Telecom & Org Change Management/Transformation. Experiance in ITIL process maturity is required. Project managements skills & relevant certifications are added advantage,
