A new investment fund is looking to bring in a top-management level media-agency professional at CXO level in the fund. He will be designated a Partner in the Fund. Only candidates with relevant track record and media network are encouraged to apply. This is top-level business development role with a lot of focus on digital media. This is not a finance role.Requirements :- Must have negotiated MEDIA BUYING bulk deals with large publishers from digital, TV, Print, OOH verticals for many years. The achievements and numbers must also be - detailed- in his CV.- Must have speed-dial relations directly with media agency CXOs to explore partnerships and synergies.- Shall have tons of experience including SBU head, P&L owner, team lead & final deal maker.- Must be comfortable working in small teams and entrepreneurial setups.- The first step involves setting up a new practice for the fund and the second stage involves working alongside funded B2C startups to convert media visibility into incremental sales.- The role involves getting hands dirty with execution of ideas and doing everything on own to get started.- This role with NOT suit professionals from consulting backgrounds.- Media entrepreneurs with relevant skills will be preferred.- The incoming partners remuneration package will be attractive and on par with industry professionals. Nevertheless, the fixed compensation, though it will be higher than the most in the industry, will be subject to initial market-making in first 3 months.,
