Telecom Technology Avaya Configuration Owner is responsible on design and deployment of Avaya telecom Technology infrastructure and solutions in order to meet business and KONE IT requirements, cost effectively and without compromising the overall technology strategy, security and standards. Specify and deploy Avaya technical and configuration design meeting business and user requirements in collaboration with KONE Avaya vendor OrangeAssure quality of the Avaya technical and configuration design and its deployment through testing with relevant business stakeholders.Assure that Avaya configuration meets KONE ICT standards and practices.Work in collaboration with global outsourcing partners to achieve agreed objectives.Understanding of Service Management, SLA s and working with 3rd parties.Specify and support Avaya integration with other KONE ICT solutions, like Calabrio (Teleopti) WFM, KRM/IOT, QlikSense reporting etc. in accordance with business requirements.Support Avaya integration with the KONE Global SIP telecom platform and local telecom networks.Prepare flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design Avaya and telecom system and security solutions.Write technical system and configuration specifications so that when the system/procedure is implemented it will meet user and business needs.Prepare and maintain technical documentation (specification, high level design and instructions) to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the Avaya Telecom system/area.Work as a Transformation Manager for the Avaya Cloudification project and assure its technical and functional quality.Design, implement and maintain an appropriate range of Avaya and telecom facilities (including cloud, data centers, call centers), taking into account the balance between location, communication. and risks to ensure that at all times KONE is making cost effective investments in telecom.Support to maintain agreed availability levels of services form technology perspective.As required communicate and take part in problem solving for operations in system/application outages in Avaya and telecom related issuesCommunicate to relevant stakeholder, developments, outages and changes in your area.Support KONE Future Telephony strategy and how to integrate telephony solutions with Salesforce and Workday.Requirements for the roleDeep knowledge on Avaya system, especially Avaya Aura technology and Avaya tools like CMS, EMC, Avaya One-X/Communicator, WFO, AEP, AESVery good knowledge on IP based telecom technologies like SIP, VoIP, H.323Good understanding on analog and digital telecom technologies like ISDN, PSTN,Knowledge on ICT technology, especially IP connectivity, Cloud solutions and VPN technologyGood communication and project management skillCollaborative with can do attitude. Proactive and used to work independently7 -10 years experience on above technologies,
