The function of the Control Tower Team is installed to improve the overall quality of the operational performance and the KPI performance for any given business. The Control Tower Team is supposed to evaluate and monitor certain data elements based on the instructions given by BPO. Internal reporting is created, monitored, evaluated, and processed by the Control Tower Team but also communication with internal parties must be arranged by that team in accordance with BPO. Data Quality and reliability of SENATOR as a LSP will be supported by the work of the Control Tower Team.Communication with all Parties and within the Network as needed to solve issues, raise awareness and prevent issues related to data quality and KPIs Monitor and analyze performance of activities: daily KPI, weekly performance dialogues for Key Accounts, etc Communication on a regular basis with the overseas Control Towers and BPO Review and analyze monthly KPI results as agreed and prepare visuals for management review Admin of Master Data in the TMS as needed Any responsibilities and tasks deemed appropriate by management Some years of work experience preferably in the logistics industry Considerable Forwarding knowledge and understanding of the industry s jargon Advanced Excel skills Ability to work in a team on a global scale Ability to keep track of multiple things at the same time and follow up Capability to report properly and in time English fluent in spoken and written an international and dynamic work environment the potential for an immediate start a generous compensation package which includes a competitive salary,
