You will be responsible for working towards growth targets, helping to train and motivate your team, helping to build and establish relationships with clients and also be part of the on going growth of the team as we continue to scale.Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team in Denmark (currently 4 team members)
  • Hire, train and scale your outbound sales team in Denmark
  • Motivate and encourage team members to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Lead Denmark s market growth & sales operations
  • Provide your team with a proven strategy and clear direction on best practices in business development
  • Become a Leadfeeder expert to provide right-fit solutions to solve customers problems
  • Attain and exceed your country revenue goals
, Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally with first hand knowledge of leading and training a team within sales
  • Ideally Bachelor s or Masters degree within business, communications or a related field
  • Knowledge of digital sales & marketing tool landscape
  • Experience in high-velocity sales
  • Ability to think big picture & process building
  • Sales team leadership experience
  • Self-leadership to motivate yourself in a partly remote work position with the team outside of Denmark (We use Slack, Zoom etc. for transparency in our remote work across teams)
  • Great communication skills and fluent in both written & oral English and Danish
