Dhruv Research aims to build sophisticated prediction systems across sectors such as elections, politics, governance, sports and science.About the Role:Dhruv Research is looking to recruit ambitious individuals with the zeal to solve unprecedented problem statements at the intersection of data and operations. The role will allow you to build sophisticated data models and prediction systems based on live problem statements and topics of national interest.Roles and Responsibilities:- Perform extensive data analysis, which would include scripting from the scratch, solving problem statements involving the usage of a large dataset, preparing frameworks, and devising models in order to arrive at the most optimum output. - Utilise basic ML techniques to arrive at advanced solutions for operational problems and gain actionable business insights.- Develop automation tools in order to extract and structure data (mostly unstructured) from primary and secondary sources. - Create efficient ETL pipelines for data pull, storage and database management, and efficient querying of data.- Create automated dashboards either through Google Sheets, Data Studio, or Power BI as the need arises.- Create automated reports through Python and Apps ScriptSkills:-- The candidate should have relevant experience of 1-6 years in the field of analytics, designing, and application of reporting systems using automation tools. An experience in the market research domain is preferred- The candidate must have a sound working knowledge of Python. - Strong knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.- Any knowledge of using BI tools would be an advantage for the candidate. - The role involves consistent interaction with other teams and stakeholders. This, in turn, would require a sense of accountability and in-built leadership.,
