We operate in a fast-paced environment utilizing modern technologies and bias toward action We value customer outcomes and are passionate about using technology to solve problems We are a diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures We offer the freedom, and responsibility, to shape the setup and the processes we use in our community We support continuous learning, including through conferences, workshops and meetupsShow More Key responsibilitiesLiaise between SAP technical consultants and Business SMEs to ensure requirements are met Mock loads, rehearsals, cutover of data and data migration utilizing LTMC, LSMW, Customer Developments provide pre and post validation reports for load activities Detail GAP between SAP and Process Investigate GAP solution and make recommendations Work with SI on Gap solution Drive continuous improvement of process definition Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on data migration Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance. Contribute to developing product and agile practices across MaerskShow More We are looking forYou have: Development of LTMC Load processes including error handling - both with XML and Staging table loads Working knowledge of SAP Data services Proven experience with large scale data migration, particularly in the areas of FICO, MM,PP,SD Has participated in at least one large information transformation/migration Able to work closely with the technical teams and have an understanding of programming Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the technical Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality, and efficiencies Experience working as SAP Senior engineer or project delivery manager for 7 years Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models Good problem solving & communication skills Collaborative mindset across business functions Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment,
