Roles and Responsibilities :Role Overview :This role will be responsible for building competency and delivering the asset Insights solutions for our industry to support their respective product roadmap. This is a role that requires blend of team management, competency development, innovation and delivering management towards asset Insights solutions supporting the overall roadmap with Smart product.Responsibilities :Full responsibility towards the delivery of Asset Insights solutions as defined in the smart product roadmap as with agreed timelines and cost. The responsibility includes:- Team Management- Project management- Solution architecture- Developments/building solutions- Testing and ensuring the quality of the solutions- Work closely with the Asset Insights product owner and industry colleagues to support build digital solution possibilities- Responsible for driving innovation and R&D activities around Asset Insights to support future roadmap for product optimization solutions.- Team management and building capability to support the roadmap with right cost. Also responsible to work with partners and suppliers to acquire necessary skills in deliver the projects and solutions.- Making resource allocations to reflect the roadmaps, prioritizations, and customer value- Enforcing Companys -wide standards and policies on digital product management and the product development processes in coordination with other delivery management team.Requirements :- Experienced Manager with a proven track record of developing insights/visualization solutions on Mobile and Web- Proven experience in developing visualization solutions using Power BI/ Tableau or low code visualization solutions.- You also have experience in managing apps development in iOS/ android- Knowledge in digital and analytic technology in OT environments - manufacturing operations, process and control systems, SCADA, MES, etc. - will be a strong positive.- Have the ability and experience to innovate and learn new technologies and platforms quickly.- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global cross-cultural teams is given.- Experience with agile project delivery management and lead agile development teams.- Knowledge with mining and cement products and operations is an advantage- Team player with the ability to earn stakeholders confidence quickly and able to drive the standard concepts across- Ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment with pressure and global presence- Willingness to travel if required (Domestic and International),
