Job description - Executive / Sr. Executive Commercial JOB DESCRIPTION - EXECUTIVE / SR. EXECUTIVE COMMERCIAL Executive / Sr. Executive Commercial Southern Region Location : Chennai Job Code - [SR/ Commercial/ 1500/ 01] Job Purpose Maintain all records of finance and commercial information for sales invoices, purchase invoices for projects, expense invoices of sub contractors for projects, release of bank payment order Principal Accountabilities Process Booking of bills for subcontractor Supplier. Preparation of sales invoice for projects Booking of sales invoice for projects Supporting project managers in terms of commercial execution. Monitoring cost card and project UOV, Release of bank payment order Maintain a record of Project Debtors. Maintain a record of Project creditors and scrutiny Active participation in collection plan and regular follow up Booking of BRVs for all regions Follow up with Purchase dept for Purchase order / work order of supplier / sub contractor MIS to be prepared and maintained as per the management requirement. Take initiative in stream lining the process. Minimum Requirements Education Experience MBA Finance or Cost Accountant 1-4 yrs experience in finance department.,
