We complement the sales, design, engineering and delivery teams to provide our customers truly transformative engagements and accelerate new ways of working, driven by new technology.The practice seeks a leader to head up Design-led Transformation team in India. This individual is intellectually curious and is looking for an exciting and challenging career within the Wipro Digital family. They bring experience in specific sectors preferably Consumer-facing industries, E-Commerce and Communications (initially) and will be an integral part of our evolution as we evolve on our own transformative journey.The opportunity is to become a practice head of a rapidly growing practice. Candidates need to be well-rounded, with successful track records and accountability for both sales and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Your will target a focused and evolving portfolio of clients, engaging in four key areas: 1. developing client relationships at the highest levels and shaping DLT opportunities, 2. Driving client discussions that lead to DLT proposals, 3. Directing all ongoing engagements as the senior leader and 4. Navigating beyond individual opportunities and engagements to shape a client s broader Digital Transformation agenda.Key Activities:

• Work with Sales and Account teams to develop and execute account penetration strategies, provide consultative sales support, shape strategy and digitalization solutions
• Identify digital consulting and transformation opportunities, bring the right teams together and structure client proposals
• Provide advisory services for major client strategy and digitalization engagements, while leading multi-disciplinary digital cells (strategists, designers, technologists) to define and implement client digital transformation programs
• Cultivate and grow senior digital client relationships in an advisory capacity
• Create market awareness through speaking engagements and publications
• Be a major contributor to the growth and evolution of the strategy and digitalization practice
• Provide global support and be a strategic advisor to customer accounts across all GEO s

Capabilities / Experience:

• At least -15 years of business and/or consulting experience,
• Experience of building teams is essential as this is a new unit being created to support global design led transformations on behalf of global teams
• Background in Digital and/or Digital technologies is essential as the role will support a team within Digital Consulting
• Able to lead strategic programs with teams of 20+ resources from Wipro and/or client
• Strong Project Management skills, with focus on Digital Transformation and Customer Experience projects.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and manage internal business and technology teams
• Strong client-facing skills (Directors, VP/SVP-level)
• Strong business development, opportunity shaping and opportunity development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with client business stakeholders to get clear and detailed understanding of business challenges and needs/wants of their customers
• Ability to build focused strategic roadmaps
• Ability to connect expand point initiatives into shaping larger program opportunities
• Strong ability to drive from opportunities to proposal
• Strong content preparation and presentation skills
• Keen understanding of market trends and Customer-focused point of view
• Strong research, analytics and synthesis skills
• Solid Technology/Platform understanding in one or more of the following areas a plus:
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Content Management Systems
  • Digital Transformation Office
  • Digital Supply Chain leveraging IoT

• Must be a thought leader
• Experience of building teams is essential as this is a new unit being created to support global design led transformations on behalf of global teams
