    Overview Whitehat Jr provides active learning through live instructions via an online platform for kids between 6-18 years old. It offers classes in Coding, Math and Music, and is planning to launch more courses soon. The proprietary activity-based curriculum for coding helps children learn concepts through creation and application building. The math program is built on a curriculum anchored on storytelling to help students learn and understand real- life applications of Math. All of these programs are designed to help children create and learn at their own pace and style with the help of expert teachers. Whitehat Jr is a part of BYJUS - one of the largest ed-tech companies in the world with a valuation of $16B. This individual will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:- This position will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand - devising sales plan and budget, justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audiences for our products.- This position will be responsible for leading a sales team of 60 + Sales Managers. If youre a Sales expert with a very strong passion for execution and enjoy being hands-on and driving outcomes, this job is for you!- Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) closing sales targets with focus on: 10 + Cr/ month (60+ member team).- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organizations goals.- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal. The candidate must have prior experience in B2C Sales and managing a large sales team. Skills and Background : - This individual will be a self-driven team player with a strong work ethic, intellectual horsepower and the courage of their convictions, who embraces change as an opportunity and seeks to make the team and enterprise better. Culturally speaking, the ideal candidate needs to have high EQ, be commercial in outlook and creative in approach.
