Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF004741 Job Title: .Net Engineer Category: Seeking a .Net Software Engineer to assist with the development and maintenance of company assets. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently at the conclusion of a warm up period. This position will work on a number of projects that may change regularly to meet the needs of the business. The candidate will work closely with the Sr. Engineer to determine proper trajectory, and architectural needs of various projects. Ideally the candidate will have experience writing clean, testable, and reusable code. Day to day tasks Participate in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and configuring systems Design and document all components of approved application solutions including system integrations Write clean, testable code using C# Review and refactor code including performing code reviews and suggest changes that will best fit the Agency/business needs Deploy fully functional applications Write and maintain automated tests on existing and new projects Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and release/deployment Automate development activities using Github Actions, Terraform, and other DevOps utilities Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer Experience working within an DevOps style environment using agile delivery practices and methodologies. Software Development experience in the following languages/technologies: C# (.Net Core 3.1+) Blazor (Server-side) Javascript SASS SQL Entity Framework Terraform Experience building cloud native solutions, preferably AWS cloud technologies Experience testing applications using automated means such as unit tests and integration tests with xUnit Experience developing and consuming REST APIs Experience with VOIP and telecom APIs Experience building production-grade APIs or micro-services with integrations spanning multitude of back-ends.
