About the Internship: We re looking for a results - driven E - Commerce Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top - line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The job will require you to be in line with the enthusiasm & efforts encountered by the team along with a clear focus on achieving targets & creating new bench marks for them. Job Responsibilities: # Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries # Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with business at all times # Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market # Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages # Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation & monitoring # Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring

# Manage day to day social media implementation # SEO / SEM Knowledge will be an added advantage # Co - ordinate all website issues with 3rd party partners # Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

# Self - Motivated & a Team Player # Past experience in E commerce operations preferably from beauty background # Strong Interpersonal and social Skills

# Excellent communicator Spoken and written skills in English. Tamil Language knowledge will be a bonus # Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions # Ability to multi - task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision # E - commerce logistics operations experience would be a big Plus # Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs # Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
