Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:In charge for creation of Purchase orders, getting order acknowledgement with supplier and correcting it for aspects that are not impacting customer delivery in coordination with Customer service and Sourcing team.Responsible for sharing forecast / delivery schedule to supplier based FL Demand / Planning team Forecast .In charge of analyzing the problem and, eventually, correcting the Purchase Order for Delivery vs Actual in coordination with Engineering / Sourcing in SAPControls the deliveries from supplier to Distribution center.In charge of handling any deviations in supplier invoice verification processResponsible for On time deliveries from suppliers.Ensures Indian statutory requirements are fulfilled with suppliers invoice.In charge for BCN and ECN notification, acknowledgement and implementation with supplier.In charge of RMA handling and coordinating to arrive all the documentation needed for return and claim.Monitors supplier performance and escalates i.e. asks support is not meeting KONE requirementsAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
