As SAP Engineering Manager for our Corporate Technology function, you will be a key driving force in building the delivery engine with internal staff from scratch and delivering changes to our SAP landscape. The SAP engineering Manager will have delivery responsibility towards SAP initiatives. The role encompasses building SAP capabilities across various skills, scale faster while building a high performance engineering team, setup an engagement model within technology and business. In our SAP landscape, we have two large global instances of SAP ECC set up along with ongoing greenfield SAP S4HANA finance program. Our roadmap is to sunset ECC instances when S4HANA roll out is complete across ocean & logistics businesses. In this role, you will own inhouse engineering and delivery capabilities and responsible for delivering to the plan with quality while ensuring framework exists to scalability & maintainability of solution.The role will also require you to actively collaborate with SAP Architecture function, Delivery leads, Solution architects and product owners while supporting building out of our future internal capability around SAP Engineering. You should be comfortable working with subject matter experts, provide thought leadership and experience with new business applications platforms.
