  • Implementing medium to complex solution and meet tight deadlines.
  • Contributing to various Design functions including High level design, Low level design working with vendors.
  • Ensuring business priorities and performance management are integrated throughout the process.
  • Building relationships with various project/program stakeholders and business partners while identifying areas to add value and to improve performance within the business.
  • Establishing and maintaining open door policy and be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
  • Providing regular project/program updates to Leads and Management.
  • Creating new ideas & implementing POC for the same.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of experience in leading IT projects/programs.
  • Knowledge in Dev-Ops (Git, Juenkins, Jira etc.)
Even better if you have:
  • A degree in computer science or Mathematics, or other telecom related discipline.
  • Technically strong with good programming abilities that include DevOps, Java, J2EE, React /Angular JS, Spring Boot, Micro services, Oracle.
  • Two or more years of experience in IT - Telecom Industry.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, operations, teamwork & collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Good Collaborative skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to perform duties or attend meetings/training.
