Job Description

  • In this role, youll support a next-generation distributed platform for driving customer insights in real-time. Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining highly efficient and reliable applications for driving customer experience through sales, service, and support.
  • Regularly interacting with Business team and development teams to identify potential use cases to drive profitability and self-serve customers.
  • Ensuring application development sprint cycles are on track and adjusting plans to meet release timelines.
  • Supporting changes as needed and regular interaction with the internal development team on progress.
  • Integrate the latest cloud-native technology for distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring and containerize enterprise analytics platform.

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of code software development experience.
  • Experience on Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Web Services, Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of J2EE, OO Design Patterns, Junit, Maven configuration & Jenkins CI/CD.
  • Experience with an enterprise analytics platform and integration with Pega to enable insights on customer-facing channels.
  • Experience in developing metadata and config-driven API.
Even better if you have:
  • Understanding of access pattern-based data modeling for NoSQL DB like Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of various source control tools like GIT.
  • Technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring.
  • Good to UI development (HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
  • Data Structure, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think abstractly.
  • Ability to achieve goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
