Job DescriptionField competence engineer (Quality management customer)Responsible for onsite support to OEMs and OECD for supporting resolution of Chronic unresolved field issues . Activities include:1. Support to customer over phone / onsite for diagnosis of field complaint on vehicle / equipment2. Preparation of investigation reports of attended complaints, customer communication through the right stakeholders and close looping for preventive measures.4. Support OEMs on complex 0-km issues for system level measurements as a member of task force5. Support MIS through maintenance of Field Competence Team database6. Bosch internal management reporting7. Conduct training for OECD in field.,
