Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, ChennaiWe are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous experience in software solution sales and/or business development. As a Senior Sales Manager within oursales team, your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients in India with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure.Key Responsibilities :1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of FieldAssist software2. Generate leads, conduct prospecting, lead follow up from telesales led activities3. Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations4. Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to queries5. Negotiate and close the deal with the key stakeholders of the customer6. Competitor and customer analysis to identify & explore potential markets7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule8. Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines9. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationshipDesired skills and experience :1. Minimum 2-6 years sales/business development experience in the technology industry2. Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software3. Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage4. Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written6. Self-motivated and target driven7.
