Job Description

    Job description : Department : Accounts and Finance Location : Mundra Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Outstandings :- needs to maintain the DSO as set out by the corporate on regular basis. 2. Internal Financial Controls and Financial Reporting:- a. Liaising with Auditor for completion of statutory audit / Limited review / Internal Audit on time as per the deadline given by corporate. b. Liaising with Tax auditor for completion of Tax audit / Transfer Pricing Audit. 3. Statutory Compliance :- There should be zero tolerance with regard to statutory compliances. 4. Monthly closing of MIS as per the deadline given from time to time. 5. Liaising with the CWC team for all the accounts related matter. 6. Drive customer centricity in Finance team at locations through: a) Location FC to visit Major customers every quarter with the marketing staff. b) Reply to customer queries within 48 hours 7. KPI for rebate payments to shipping lines within 7 days. 8. Customer Orientated and Minimum complaints from customer / Marketing team on resolving finance issues 9. 100% receipt of TDS certificates as per 26AS and transfer to corporate for divisions. 10. Ensure payment done as per SOP and timeliness 11. Self and subordinates Training and development with successor plan.,
