Duties include: Sell, Design projects, and provide submittals along with resident managers for all Building Management , Home Automation and PLC controls job including special jobs. Responsible for Profit and Loss account for BACP business within India Marketing of products to internal and external customers Develop Distributor Support Network Price control within India Coordinate with Head Office Dubai on new products and pricing Develop OEM agreements for non available products Work closely with consultant and contractors/Architects Insert specifications Technical and sales training for entire region Policy and procedures for India to promote the BAP controls business Timely order the control items on factory Make sure of Delivery and execution of all the projects. Commission the system utilizing project support staff Operate to the agreed professional and efficient standards for cost checking, buying, contact cost management, variations and applications for payment. Supervise all elements of each project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Provide technical estimating support for sales. Implementing agreed engineering policy for the companyrsquos Negotiation of disputes (always involving the relevant Sales Engineer/Manager). Effective liaison with all other staff in Dubai and India. Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the warranty phase and beyond. Reporting on orders processed and in progress. Reporting weekly performance to Managing Director Achieve target of BAP chnennai Lead Project /sales team / engineers within India ,
