Job Description

We are recruiting for an Analyst in the Quality Operations team. Working as an Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year to date excel based reports
  • Collate all required information for operational performance and management reporting
  • Taking responsibility of various trackers and sending daily and weekly reminders.
  • Liaising & working directly with other functions on various requests regarding reporting and analyzing and ensuring to get detailed instructions to complete the task.
  • Working closely within the team to help drive various projects on a frequent basis
  • Creating and maintaining multiple quality related reports like scorecard, certification details etc.
  • Using mail merge to send mass emails.
  • Taking responsibility of sections within internal query management system and addressing the queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Monthly and Quarterly meetings
  • Carry out general administration and support functions for the teams as they arise.
  • Help in creating, managing, and completing office projects as and when required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with Databases
  • Basic understanding of KPIs like utilization, attrition, headcount etc
  • Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional would be an added advantage,
Awareness of Data & Analytics tools like Power BI, Alteryx is added advantage
