Job Description

POD BI Team supports POD business (KEP/KDP) and operations teams across World Wide marketplaces. Our current focus is on the three following areas:(1) Extend and Align existing and new reporting to support all Marketplaces. This also includes supporting the reporting requirements for newly launched FCs and Marketplaces and their teams.(2) We continue moving towards adhoc QuickSight reporting and dashboarding, making the business teams independent to self-serve and reduce the dependency on the BI.(3) Supporting OPS Teams migration from manual reporting (combining data from MAKE/FARM and other disparate sources) to automated reporting and extend and align reporting across all FCs World Wide.Key Job Functions Include these.1. BI KLO/Scaling Support2. OPS Reporting3. WBR Support4. Mandates5. Tables and pipelines Supporting Dashboards6. Creating Alarms and Maintain, 2+ years of development or technical support experience Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems Experience in Unix Experience scripting in modern program languagesBS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experienceStrong knowledge of programming, Operating System and Data structures concepts preferredAbility to understand technical specifications, distributed systems architecture and ability to deep dive on service/application logsETL - Datanet/Cradle, AWS experience, SQL 2+ years of software support experience Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and ability to synthesize the results Experience working and coordinating with distributed worldwide teams preferred POD BI Team supports POD business (KEP/KDP) and operations teams across World Wide marketplaces.
