Qualification : - Bachelors or Masters Degree with Minimum 1- 3 Years of experience.- Experience in recruiting mobile engineers, Chip Design engineers preferred.- Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment, Full time, contract, contract to hire positions with a proven track record.- Strong experience working on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, Linkedin, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.- Familiar with visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp) a Plus.- Experience working with direct clients.- Self- Confident and Motivated people raring to make money.- Should be excellent team players.- Basic knowledge in computers / IT.- Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.- Must be willing to work in shifts.,
