Job Description

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in London, this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to both lead a high performing team and take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle working with global stakeholders. If youre a hands on leader with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities, this is the role for you.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be joining a global, high performing team of individuals, where you will act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in both Capital Markets and Technology talent acquisition. You will own the hiring process from start to finish, defining and delivering a world class experience. This also means leading a high caliber team of recruiters to help Calypso become the employer brand of choice for top-tier candidates in India.

What you will be doing

  • Devising and implementing individual hiring strategies across all business areas in India to ensure we can scale at pace.
  • Leading and coaching a team of Talent Acquisition specialists based in Mumbai.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers, candidates and HR Business Partners.
  • Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the companys employer brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement and support business objectives.
  • Initiating and supporting the development of process improvements as necessary.
  • Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
  • Support, influence and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practice, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 7 years recruitment management experience in either/or technology and capital markets roles across Mumbai, Chennai and Pune.
  • Strong hands on experience managing end to end recruitment at a senior level
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Very strong computer (MS Office) and ATS experience experience with Taleo would be advantageous.
