      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Participate in incident management meetings, drive initiate SRT bridges 2 Drive metrics for Hopping, backlog, reopen tickets ageing tickets 3 Identify process improvements driving Central Communication point for Major Incidents 4 Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process 5 Respond to user/client escalations
