Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in instructional design by applying it to novel situations, ID solutioning, and business analysis.
  • Designs and develops technical training curriculum for customer base.
  • Create design documents
  • Create/Review storyboards
  • Resolve problems/issues raised by external and/or internal customers by using a logical & systematic approach
  • Ensure that all overall quality of deliverables
  • Interact with clients & SMEs to gather project-related information
  • Build collaborative relationships and work collaboratively in a team
  • Lead project teams
Complexity:
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
, *Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Any Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in the field of e-learning with Instruction Design expertise preferably with handson experience in Adobe Captivate & Articulate.
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Good communication skills, work remotely with people in international locations, is a must.
  • Should have good analytical and comprehension skills, ability to understand, analyze and come up with solutions as per client requirements.
  • Good understanding of Learning theories, ID strategies.
  • ISD process, Assessment Techniques, Methods of Instruction, Excellent written communication, previous working experience in an elearning environment, creative & presentation skills, Analytical skills, Team Management, Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
