You will be responsible to use various sourcing channels, job postings, phone calling, and emailing, social networking to bring in qualified candidates. Your key duties will include:

  • Support recruiting efforts for primarily billable resources across TrueTech solutions portfolio of engagements.
  • Effectively utilize Applicant Tracking System to document and process sourced talent.
  • Break down client requirements into effective search campaigns.
  • Negotiate compensation with individuals and/or third-party firms.
  • Strict adherence to maintaining systems, and processes.
About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Relevant field
  • Min 1 year & above experience as IT Technical Recruiter.
  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
  • Solid understanding of the staffing industry
  • Ability to form and build strong relationships.
  • Contingent labour/Staffing agency experience.
  • Basic organization skills and ability to manage several priorities and processes without being overwhelmed.
  • Team player willing and able to help the team succeed while driving their individual success.
  • Can still thrive with some ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Understanding of Professional Services engagement types (Staff Aug T&M, Fixed Priced Solutions, Managed Services) and the differences in how they are delivered.
